I waited way too long to try out Underbelly Burger Co - best burger in the Roaring Fork Valley! Hands down! The Gucci was amazing and all the options for fries were awesome! I went with the Cajun Fries which hit the spot! They also had Gluten Free buns which my wife was grateful for. Don't let anyone tell you the burgers at Glenwood Brewpub are the best in town because they are wrong!! Underbelly is the new king in Glenwood Springs!

The presentation is perfect, but once you take that first bite all the flavors combined come together and create an exquisite experience. I have never had another burger as delicious as the Gucci burger. Fresh and flavorful paired with the truffle fries create the perfect meal.
Hellfire
The hell fire burger should come with a warning. Seriously. I like spicy, friend jalapeños, hot sauce, ive even had my share of ghost pepper items but I couldnt even take a 3rd bit. I only took a 2nd because I had taken the jalapeños off. The fries were good but I would expect the burger to be actually edible. Seriously would have liked to see the chef eat this.

This was genuinely the best burger I've ever had in my life. So juicy, so crispy, you could totally tell they use high quality ingredients. Staff was super friendly and fast paced as well! 1000% recommend.
